    At the core of Jessica's work is the belief that healing attachment wounds requires more than understanding your attachment style—it requires learning how to consistently embody secure attachment.

    The Secure Self Method® helps clients identify and strengthen the secure version of themselves by developing the mindset, habits, emotional regulation skills, communication tools, boundaries, and self-trust associated with secure attachment.

    While Jessica's background as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist informs her work, her coaching approach is distinct from traditional therapy. Traditional therapy is often more process-oriented, focused on insight, exploration, and understanding the past. Jessica's coaching is more action-oriented, solution-focused, and designed to help clients create meaningful change now.

    Clients are challenged to move beyond awareness and actively implement new behaviors, communication patterns, boundaries, and relationship habits between sessions. Through the Secure Self Method® and the question, "What Would Secure Me Do?", clients learn how to interrupt old attachment patterns and consistently practice new ones in real time.

    The focus is not simply understanding why a pattern exists, but learning how to change it.

  • Where do I even begin!
