I’m Jessica Da Silva, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Attachment Coach who helps adults break self-sabotaging attachment patterns and build stronger, more secure relationships. Using attachment theory and evidence-based strategies, I help clients in accessing a regulated, authentic state so they can respond rather than react and make decisions from their Secure Self.

Where do I even begin! In my first conversation with Jess I explained how I had previously been to therapy, multiple times, with different therapists and was never able to truly learn the necessary coping skills to change certain behaviors. Within 2 months she was able to show me why I react to things in certain ways, and gave me the confidence to implement the changes.
